ColonBroom

1–7 days. Use ColonBroom 1 time per day.

Step 1: Combine one scoop (0.2oz/5.7g) of powder with 14fl oz (360-420ml) of water. Mix well. To help dissolve the powder, place it in a glass first, then pour water over it.
Step 2: Drink immediately.
Step 3: Drink one more glass of water (250ml).
Step 4: Take your meal after 30–60 minutes. 
Step 5: Have a nice day. Increase your physical activity. Exercise will help you feel better and more energetic and may help with digestive problems, gas, and constipation.
Step 6: Minimum 2 extra glasses of water per day (250ml).

After 7 days, use ColonBroom 2 times per day.

Step 6: Drink your second glass of ColonBroom. Don’t forget to drink extra glass of water after that (250ml). We recommend taking the last serving at least 2 hours before bedtime.

Health and safety

Stop using: Stop taking the supplement and speak with your doctor for advice if you experience mild allergic-type reactions such as nose or eye irritation, feeling short of breath or itchy skin. If you experience any other uncommon symptoms which you think may be due to taking the supplement, speak with your doctor for further advice.
If you’ve just started using the fiber supplement, diarrhea might be one of the symptoms due to an increased fiber intake and should subside within a few days. However, if it persists, take a break from the supplementation use until the symptoms ease down, and once you start feeling better, you may slowly reintroduce fiber supplements into your diet (the guideline is to start low and go slow). Make sure to increase your water intake, avoid high-fiber foods, such as legumes, whole-grain cereals, and root vegetables, and engage in physical activity. Also, remember that diarrhea may be influenced by other dietary factors, so keep monitoring your body’s cues as well as symptoms and consult a doctor for an individual assessment, if necessary.
Allergy and ColonBroom: This product may cause an allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium and strawberries or other ingredients/substances derived or extracted from strawberries.
Consult with your doctor if: you are pregnant/breastfeeding, have swallowing difficulties, irritable bowel syndrome, abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting as well if you are taking specific medicaments, we highly recommend consulting your doctor on whether ColonBroom is suitable for you.
