1–7 days. Use ColonBroom 1 time per day and Sugar Cravings one time daily
Step 1: Combine one scoop (0.2oz/5.7g) of powder with 14fl oz (360-420ml) of water. Mix well. To help dissolve the powder, place it in a glass first, then pour water over it.
Step 2: Drink immediately.
Step 3: Drink one more glass of water (250ml).
Step 4: Take your meal after 30–60 minutes.
Step 5: Take 1 capsule of Sugar Cravings with your lunch meal.
Step 6: Have a nice day. Increase your physical activity. Exercise will help you feel better and more energetic and may help with digestive problems, gas, and constipation.
Step 7: Minimum 2 extra glasses of water per day (250ml).
