How can I cancel the subscription?

You may manage your subscription by following these simple steps:
1. Go to https://colonbroom.com/subscription-cancellation.
2. Enter the email address you used for purchasing ColonBroom.
3. Open the email you receive and use the link to log in.
4. This link will take you to the subscription management page, where you may cancel your subscription. Please indicate the reason(s) for the cancelation and tap “Submit & Cancel.”
If you haven’t received an email, check your Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders. If the email is not there, contact us at [email protected].
Please bear in mind that a subscription should be canceled at least 72 hours before the end of the ongoing subscription period.
